We are recruiting a Third in Charge Senior Early Years Practitioner role in Henley-on-Thames.

Requirements of the Third in Charge Senior Early Years Practitioner role in Henley-on-Thames are:

To be passionate and enthusiastic about providing high-quality childcare
To be able to manage a small team
min 3 years experience in a nursery with some senior experience
Minimum level 3 in childcare with work experience or relevant degree
Ability to plan effectively within the EYFS
High level administration skills
To complete observations
Excellent communication skills with children parents and outside authorities
