Description

Bamboo Childcare are recruiting for a Nursery Manager for an 80 place setting in the Bristol area.

This is a permanent full time position working 40 hrs per week Monday to Friday.

In order to be considered for the roles of Nursery Manager in the Bristol area you will need:

A passionate and positive attitude
Manager, or significant Deputy experience from a high performing early years setting.
Strong understanding of the curriculum and ability to train staff in this area
A full and relevant level 3 childcare qualification
Level 2 maths qualification or achieve one within two years of starting the position
Knowledge and understanding of key legislation related to childcare and education
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
A positive attitude, good initiative, confident and approachable

The role of Nursery Manager will include:

Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
Ensuring health, safety and well-being of the children at all times
Carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships of children and their families according to the curriculum
Overseeing the smooth running and high quality practice across the Nursery
Leading on planning
Dealing with outside agencies
